Gina was the best! On every level, she surpassed by very high expectations. Gina dug into the market and understood the competitive set of properties, which made a huge difference in our sale as there were no comps at our price range. She understood the value of our home and was able to help prospects understand why it was a fair price. She was also very understanding when we had to discuss the strategy to sell the house through the quiet months and through a hurricane.
Gina’s marketing was superb and she hosted open houses that were perfectly planned. Her write-up and description of our house was expertly crafted. She did all the little things great. Gina was always reachable and responded immediately. She staged the house perfectly and then moved everything for a hurricane, and then moved it all back again. She vacuumed when necessary (we were out-of-state sellers), replaced lightbulbs and batteries, and was always there for us.
Gina also was a great partner and calm when the negotiations got a little tricky. She held the deal together when it got tough, and could not have dome more to get it closed.
